Central Office - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
North Office - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Agency is closed for the following Holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Family Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
If the holiday falls on a weekend, the Agency will be closed the next business day.
The Agency is closed at 3:00 p.m. on the Fridays before the following long weekends:
- Family Day
- Victoria Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving
The Agency is also closed at 3:00 p.m. on Holy Thursday and the last business day before Canada Day.
We will be closing at 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
