For the past 30 years, Lesley-Anne has led numerous strategic initiatives with the Bank of Montreal’s Institute for Learning (IFL) in Toronto. As a member of the Strategic team, Lesley-Anne was instrumental in the opening of the IFL Wellness Centre for which she gained extensive experience in all its’ operations. Later, as the Director of Sales and Marketing, she supervised revenue producing areas and developed and led programs to increase BMO’s brand value and enhance the IFL’s contribution to BMO. Currently, as Senior Manager for special projects, she manages human resource projects in several BMO facilities in the areas of learning, employee experience and workplace transformation.

Lesley-Anne is a recognized contributor to the community as a BMO Employee Giving Ambassador for United Way; Kids Help Phone Walk Champion; lead coordinator and judge of the Entrepreneurial Adventure program, International Day of Pink organizer for the IFL and ISO 14001 environmental management representative.

Lesley- Anne obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo and is fluent in French. She also obtained her Advanced Executive Hospitality Certification from Cornell University and holds her Occupational Health & Safety Certification from Ryerson University.  She lives in York Region with her family.
