Mary recently retired from the Ontario Ministry of Health as a Senior Consultant with the Health Capital Investment Branch. In this role, Mary collaborated with provincial health networks, Infrastructure Ontario, Cancer Care Ontario and other health service providers to advance health capital projects through planning and design to occupancy. Prior to working with the Ministry, Mary served in various leadership, managerial, clinical and volunteer roles with several not-for-profit organizations in the Health sector.
Mary is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and completed the ICD-Rotman Not-For-Profit (NFP) Governance Essentials Program. She has her Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University and her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Mary also serves as a volunteer with the Out of the Cold program in her parish, and as an examiner for the Ontario Clinical Exam administered by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
